Course Description

Become a Certified Trainer with Master Trainer Program which explores the training approaches in a corporate setting.The participants will be trained to explore the methods of identifying training needs, how to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training and techniques pertaining to the transfer of training so that they can train others effectively. This Master Trainer Program is aimed at aspiring or experienced trainers, L&D professionals, HR Managers or Senior Managers/Directors. This advanced level program covers the step by step approach to training and development - including need analysis, planning, preparation, creating a positive learning environment and facilitating and evaluating learning. FAQ

The course is interactive in nature, so expect lot of interaction, brainstorming, best practice sharing and some evening work. Since this program is for 3 days, we would suggest you not to keep any other engagement in the evening on days 1,2,3 and 4.

The course starts 9.30 am and goes until lunch break at 1.00 pm with two breaks in between of 15 minutes each. Second half starts by 2.00 pm and continues till 5.30pm with again with two breaks of 15 minutes each. So typically, each class duration is of 6 hours. Last day the program may get stretched up to 6.00 pm for handling queries and Certification at the end.

Assessment comprises of MCQ and written assignments. All the MCQs are mandatory. MCQ’s can be self-checked. You will get only one attempt to answer the MCQ’s. After submitting all the MCQ’s you will get to see the score.

You can work around your study schedule as per your convenience and need to devote a couple of hours for the course you enrolled in. You will be given access to all the study materials and relevant resources. You may view the course materials on your own schedule.

You must plan to devote 2 – 3 hours per day. Since this is an online course you can study any time of the day. It may be helpful to sync your work (if you are working) and the course you have taken up, so you can prepare for each day accordingly.

You must plan to spend dedicated hours each week on reading, studying and completing assignments. An organized study schedule will allow you to stay on top of your course.

After you successfully complete an Online Course, you are eligible to receive your certificate. Typically Certificates are shipped within 3 weeks of submission of final writing assignment.
