Centre for Training & Professional Development (CTPD) will be imparting customized training program for the Senior Managers/ Chief Managers of Bank of India (BOI).  CTPD designs innovative training modules to conduct live online 8-day Master Trainer program for the Senior Managers/ Chief Managers of BOI that have been tailored to suit the training requirements of these top officials.

The corporate Master Trainer program is designed for BOI Chief /Senior Managers to advance their skills as they are engaged to further provide Finance & Banking training to other officials of the bank. The 8-day Master Trainer curriculum will focus on Training Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Delivery, Assessment and Measurement and many other practical skills, all clubbed in a single training program. The program will further emphasize self-assessment to boost the delivery skills helping them to create strategies to manage behaviors that foster and impact the achievement of the session objective. The training will be conducted live that will enable the participants to have live interaction with our expert facilitator who will be facilitating the live webinar sessions for 8 consecutive days.
