Dr Sanjib Chakraborty, Lead Trainer, Centre for Training and Professional Development (CTPD), the training division of Asian College of Teachers, facilitated a 3-day face to face Master Trainer  workshop in Bangalore from 23rd to 25th September, 2022 with an enthusiastic bunch of trainers. The premium workshop facilitated by Dr Sanjib Chakraborty, was designed specifically for experienced trainers, L&D professionals, HR Managers, Senior Managers/Directors and emphasized on equipping the participants with the methods of identifying the training needs, how to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training and techniques pertaining to the transfer of training so that they can train others effectively.  The workshop acquainted the participants with the new developments in design, development and delivery of training and how these could be used in organizing new learning experiences for today’s workforce. Dr Chakraborty, PhD in Management Science from University of Hertfordshire, UK with two Masters - in Education (M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction Design) and in Business Administration, a Diploma holder in Learning & Development, CIPD, UK, a Certified L&D Practitioner from British Institute of Learning & Development, UK and a Certified Trainer from Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore, lent an expert touch to this workshop making it engaging and informative while raising awareness and helping to understand the nuances of 21st century corporate training.
