Centre for Training & Professional Development (CTPD), training division of Asian College of Teachers (ACT), offers excellence in training from which trainers/training aspirants gain an in-depth knowledge of modern training methodologies and develop expertise to integrate them into training sessions. The Master Trainer Program is one such premium program that lets you explore the field of training and development in a corporate setting. The program emphasises the varied aspects of training and preparing participants to explore the methods of identifying training needs, ways to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training sessions so that participants are able to train others effectively.  

The premium face-to-face workshop will be facilitated by CTPD's Lead Trainer - Dr Sanjib Chakraborty, a PhD holder from the University of Hertfordshire, UK along with two Masters - Education (M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction Design) and Business Administration. He is a certified L&D Practitioner from British Institute of Learning & Development, UK and a Certified Trainer from Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore. The 3 day-workshop covers the step-by-step approach to training and development, consisting of need analysis, planning, preparation, design & development, delivery methods and learning evaluation and analysis, preparing the participants to conduct world-class training across the globe.
